An interactive chocolate event, raising money for Red Nose Day 2011
Join us and Carl Turner, The Minister of Chocolate for an evening of chocolate indulgence!
Explore the history of cocoa from bean to bar before sampling a variety of chocolates chosen for you by the Minister.
Then experience the joys of chocolate and wine pairing, discovering which chocolate and wines are complimentary when tasted together.
The Minister will then demonstrate the art of truffle making and the evening will end with the opportunity to become a chocolatier and make your own authentic truffles to take home with you, gift wrapped in a beautiful box.
No need to feel guilty - all profits will be donated to Red Nose Day 2011, meaning you can leave with a clean conscience!
